P & R did a fantastic job on my small SUV! They treated me with respect and were honest. They had my vehicle ready when promised, cleaned it and had it waiting for me to be picked up. I will definitely recommend this garage to all my family and friends. Oh, and they returned my rental for me too!

Ron and Angie continue to be a pleasure to deal with, they have never disappointed. I have with five kids, some of these cars hae been to Ron’s shop more than I would like to disclose. I think he knows our Camry better than we do.

Ron and his guys did a FANTASTIC job on my BMW. Took scratches and damage and made it disappear! Looks great!!

They do the best work that I have ever seen. Unfortunately I have needed to use them for several wrecks over the years and I wouldn’t take my car to anybody else. I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family . you can’t even tell that any of our cars were ever involved in a wreck.

I went to P&R on Monday with a bad alternator and belt definitely not expecting the results I received. I took the car in at about 10:30 and they seemed to be very busy. Totally not expecting to get the vehicle back that day I received a call at about 2pm letting me know I could pick the car up anytime after 4pm! I cannot thank the P&R team enough for their quick and knowledgeable service. I would recommend them highly to anyone and will definitely be back again!

We have used P&R several times. The most recently was last week. Ron and his crew did an emergency repair without an appointment. They have never disappointed! It is so great to have a trustworthy shop to take our cars.

We have gone to P & R for work on all our cars. Rather they repaired, cleaned or painted, we have never been disappointed. We have passed their name to many people. They are also have great customer service and make it an overall great experience.

I went to P&R last week and got my car fixed and am more than satisfied with the results. They cleaned my car, inside and out and made it look brand new. On top of the great work that was done, the customer service was top of the line. Ron explained what was to be done and made sure I was getting the most affordable price. I went to other shops in Covington and Cincinnati and P&R was the most affordable. I will definitely come back to P&R.
